SNOWBOARD SHAPE
アウトラインシェイプ、ロッカーラインシェイプ、コアシェイプの３つの要素が"Snowboards shape"であると考えます。なぜなら３つのバランスこそが性能を左右するからです。大きくしなり、捻れるスノーボードのシェイプはその状態を想像してシェイプしていきます。形状が大きく左右するパウダーであったり、サイドカーブがターンの大部分を担う、パックドスロープであったとしても、どの場面においてもボードは常にしなり、捻れています。設計上サイドカーブはノーズロッカーと逆曲線の関係にあり、アーチラインもノーズロッカーと逆曲線の関係にあります。その多くの曲線のバランスがアウトラインシェイプの本質です。
アウトラインとロッカーシェイプを最大限に生かすのがコアのシェイプであり、フレックスやトーションを担う重要な部分です。わかりやすいアウトラインのシェイプに比べ、コアラインは目立たなく、わかりづらい部分ですが、最もデリケートで大切にしなければいけない要素であると考えます。
I consider that the three elements of Outline Shape, Rocker Line Shape, and Core Shape make up the "Snowboard shape." This is because the balance among these three elements profoundly influences the snowboard's performance. When shaping a snowboard that flexes and twists significantly, one envisions the board's shape with those characteristics in mind. Whether it's in powder, where the board's shape has a significant impact, or on packed slopes, where the sidecut affects the majority of turns, the board constantly flexes and twists in various situations. Design-wise, the sidecut has a reverse curve relationship with the nose rocker, and the arch line also has a reverse curve relationship with the nose rocker. Balancing these multiple curves is the essence of the Outline Shape. The Core Shape is the crucial part that maximizes the use of the Outline and Rocker Shapes and plays a significant role in determining flex and torsion. While the outline shape is more visually apparent, the core line may be less conspicuous and harder to notice. Nevertheless, it is considered the most delicate and essential element that requires careful attention.

Our product development process is truly unique. It all begins with the imagination inside the shaper's head. From there, we hand shape the envisioned outline and undergo field testing in various conditions repeatedly. The development process of discovering the most suitable outline is unparalleled in the world.
CRAFTSMAN SHIP
世界のスノーボードファクトリーを見てきましたが、私共のパートナーほど製造に神経を使っているファクトリーはありませんでした。コアシェイプの精度やこだわりは他のファクトリーでは存在しません。それがMane in JpanaのPrideであり、世界に認められたCraftsmanshipであると考えます。
そして、”本当のスノーボードはスノーボーダーからしか生まれない” と考えています。なぜならスピリットの存在が重要だからです。このプロジェクトに関わる人全てがスノーボーダーであり、クラフトマンです。
We've visited snowboard factories around the world, but none of them pay as much attention to manufacturing as our partners do. The precision and dedication to core shaping are unparalleled in other factories. This is our pride in "Made in Japan," and we believe it's a globally recognized craftsmanship.
Furthermore, we believe that "true snowboards can only be born from snowboarders" because the presence of the spirit is crucial. Everyone involved in this project is both a snowboarder and a craftsman.
SUSTAINABILITY
廃棄されないプロダクトが基本精神です。 大量廃棄につながる生産は行いません。 一度手に取ったら手放すことの出来ないプロダクトを作り出すことが私たちの使命です。 吟味した優れたボードを選び、シチュエーションにフィットしたボードを一生使う。付け加えることはあっても、廃棄することをしない。FounderとSnowboarderの共同責任です。
Our core principle is to create products that are not discarded. We do not engage in mass production that leads to excessive waste. Our mission is to craft products that, once you have them in your hands, you can't bear to part with. We carefully select exceptional boards and use them for a lifetime, choosing boards that fit each situation. Instead of disposing, we believe in adding to our collection. It's a shared responsibility of Founders and Snowboarders.
